Visit Credit Land Before Hitting the Malls

Credit card offers have been arriving in the mail and on email for months now in anticipation of the Christmas buying season. Do you bother opening them? Are you tempted to apply for the 0% interest offers and the no payment until 2009 offers? Are you attracted to the pretty, customized designs on your credit card? Are you tempted to fill out the application? Or have you gotten immune to getting those offers and immediately toss them in the trash pile? I have. Sometimes I don’t even open them anymore if I know it’s some kind of a credit card offer.

But then, weeks, maybe months later, you need to apply for a credit card and you can’t remember anymore where you saw that deal. Has that happened to you? It has to me too. But too late now, I had tossed all those offers in the trash.

At Credit Land, you don’t have to worry about keeping up with which credit card had a better deal over the other. You can choose which credit cards will give you the best offer and that will work best for your needs and spending habits. Credit Land has implemented the Total Money Management Initiative which, according to their website, is a “marketplace where businesses bid for business from individual consumers”.

The way it works is you, the consumer, fill out one application. You don’t have to keep filling out one application after another for each company. You don’t go begging to be their customer, they will come to YOU to beg for your business. It only makes sense doesn’t it? After your application is completed, which also allows you to specify the type of companies you will entertain offers from, the credit card companies will then start sending you their specifications for review. YOU then get to decide which one of them to accept. Credit Land will help you by simplifying and magnifying the fine print so that you can understand what you’re signing in for. They are in the business of ranking of and reporting on credit card deals to make it easier for consumers to find the credit card they want.

Credit Land is not just all about getting credit cards though. They also provide a number of articles on managing your credit wisely. They give tips on how to reduce your credit card debt, guidelines on how to select the right credit card, the different types of credit cards available, and you can even learn how small business credit cards can help you succeed.
